Koula’s recent experience includes:

• provision of all-round corporate services and management of Cypriot entities, ranging from statutory compliance, to legal and finance matters;
• advising and maintaining investment firms and alternative investment funds;
• drafting, reviewing and negotiating joint venture, sale and purchase, debt facility and other related agreements;
• advising on general corporate actions and restructuring and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation;
• drafting, reviewing, negotiating and completing amendments of constitutional documents of Cypriot companies, including court-related processes;
• advising on private client matters, including the formation of trusts and drafting of trust deeds;
• advising on issues relating to regulatory compliance with respect to various corporations, including liaising with relevant state bodies and filing various regulatory reports; and
• advising on formation, ongoing administration, and dissolution of companies registered in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
