Ioannis Yiasemis

Senior Associate

Bio

Ioannis is Senior Associate predominantly working in the transactional department of our Firm and is also a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. Prior to joining the Firm, Ioannis has worked as a solicitor at the London office of an international law firm.

 

Recent Work

Ioannis’s recent experience includes advising:

  • LDC on its investment into Creative ITC, a cloud computing service provider;
  • HSBC on the sale of its Armenian business to Ardshinbank as part of an auction sale process;
  • Halma plc on its cross-border acquisition of Cyprus-based FirePro;
  • private equity firm Blixt Group on its investment in regulated professional services group Duncan & Toplis;
  • Cirrus Inns on its reorganisation and business combination with PE-backed Liberation Group;
  • a leading European private equity group on its acquisition of an offshore fund and private wealth service provider;
  • an international asset management firm on its disposal of a global recruitment consultancy and IT solutions provider as part of an auction sale process;
  • private equity firm Terra Firma on its acquisition of leading East Anglian housebuilder Hopkins Homes; and
  • chemical conglomerate Solvay on the disposal of its amphoteric surfactants business to private equity firm OpenGate Capital.
