Ioanna Martidi

Ioanna’s recent experience includes:

• assisting in successfully overturning ex parte disclosure orders (known as Norwich Pharmacal orders) at the Supreme Court, which were issued in the context of a marital assets dispute between two Russian individuals against a number of local banks with respect to banking documents, data and transactions of the ex-spouse as well as against third parties which were not party to the marital assets dispute in question;
• part of the team that acted for the minority shareholder of one of the largest steel construction factories in Cyprus in a derivative action against the majority shareholders and directors of the company;
• advising on wide variety of matters relating to civil and commercial litigation;
• advising on family law including divorce, maintenance and custody related issues; and
• acting on behalf of creditors for debt collection.
