Elli Economou

Trainee Lawyer

Bio

Elli is a Trainee Lawyer at Kaimakliotis LLC and joined the Firm in 2023. She graduated from the University of Warwick, where she obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) in 2023.

Recent Work

Elli’s recent experience includes:

  • conducting due diligence exercises with respect to a number of transactions involving Cypriot entities and issues;
  • advising on financing, security provision and issuance of legal opinions; and
  • advising of general corporate actions and restructuring and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
