Elli Economou

Junior Associate

Bio

Elli is a Junior Associate at Kaimakliotis LLC and joined the Firm in 2023 as a Trainee Lawyer. She graduated from the University of Warwick, where she obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) in 2023.

Recent Work

Elli’s recent experience includes:

  • conducting due diligence exercises with respect to a number of transactions involving Cypriot entities and issues;
  • advising on financing, security provision and issuance of legal opinions; and
  • advising of general corporate actions and restructuring and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
