Bio

Alexia is an Associate who joined Kaimakliotis LLC in 2025. She graduated from the University of Witwatersrand, where she obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB Law) in 2019 and is also a holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Law Degree from North-West University, South Africa in 2016.

Recent Work

Alexia’s recent experience includes:

  • conducting due diligence exercises with respect to a number of transactions involving Cypriot entities and issues;
  • conducting research with respect to a number of transactions involving Cypriot entities and issues; and
  • advising of general corporate actions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
