Mikaella Panagi

Bio

Mikaella joined Kaimakliotis LLC in January 2023. She graduated from the Birmingham City University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) in 2018 and is also a holder of a Legal Practice Course (LPC) and LLM in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law. Mikaella was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2020.

 

Recent Work

Mikaella’s recent experience includes:

  • advising a global software company, in all aspects of Cyprus employment, regulatory and migration law matters;
  • advising a Cyprus Investment Firm on all regulatory aspects of operation and change of control;
  • advising a Cyprus Insurance Broker Firm on all regulatory aspects and dealings with the insurance regulator;
  • advising on a number of EU-wide cross-border mergers involving Cyprus-registered companies;
  • advising group companies on their re-domiciliation into and out of Cyprus; and
  • advising on general corporate actions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
